Nuvix Academy: live AI training

NUVIX · Updated 21 September 2026
TLDR: Nuvix Academy (learn.nuvix.studio) is our live, instructor-led AI training for professionals, teams, students and children. Small groups, two to eight sessions of 60–90 minutes each, built around a brief-make-check-improve method. We confirm dates and fees by email before you book.

What we run

Nuvix Academy is our AI training arm, at learn.nuvix.studio. Every course is live and instructor-led, taught in small groups rather than delivered as pre-recorded video, so someone is actually teaching the session as it happens and can answer a question about your specific tools or workflow. We built it around a simple method: brief, make, check, improve.

It's a separate product from our agency client work, with its own site and its own booking flow, but it's run by the same team.

Who it's for

We group courses by audience rather than treating everyone the same:

Thirteen courses are currently listed, including AI at Work, AI for Finance & Accounting, Website Launchpad, AI Creator Studio, AI Inventors' Club, AI for Students and Cyber Quest. The audience grouping is a faster way to check fit than the topic list: a course pitched at "work and teams" is built around workplace scenarios, not the same material relabelled for children.

How sessions run

Courses run over two to eight sessions, each 60 to 90 minutes, and lesson materials are unlocked with a code we send after booking. For organisations we run half-day workshops, full-day sessions or multi-week series, built around your actual workflows and the tools you've already approved. That matters if your team is restricted to certain AI tools and needs training that respects those limits rather than pushing something new.

We don't publish a rate card. Dates and fees are confirmed by email before you book, so you get a number that reflects the actual session (team size, length, customisation) rather than a generic list price. At the time of writing (21 September 2026), reach us at training@nuvix.studio or book a call.

How to choose an AI course or team training

Whichever provider you're weighing up, a few practical questions cut through the marketing on any course page.

Live or pre-recorded?

Live sessions let you ask about your actual tools and your actual data. Pre-recorded video is fine for reference material, but nobody's there to answer why your account or dashboard looks different from the example on screen.

How much hands-on practice is built in?

Watching a demo and doing the task yourself, with someone checking your work, are different skills. Ask what proportion of the session is hands-on versus watching, and whether you leave with something you actually built.

What's the group size?

Smaller groups mean more of the session is about your questions rather than the group's average. If a course doesn't state group size, ask before you book.

Does it respect the tools you're already using?

Team training is more useful when it's built around the AI tools your organisation has already approved, rather than introducing new ones your IT policy doesn't allow yet. Ask whether the course adapts to your existing stack.

Is the age group right?

For children's and student courses specifically, check the stated age range and whether the content is built for that group from the ground up, rather than adult material simplified.

Is the fee confirmed before you commit?

A provider who confirms dates and fees in writing before booking gives you something concrete to take to a budget holder, rather than a published rate that may not reflect what a custom team session costs.
